MTC Teams

At Markham Tennis Club, joining the Intercounty team and tennis league offers players the opportunity to compete at a higher level while representing the club. It’s a chance to challenge yourself, develop your skills, and be part of a dedicated, competitive team.

Mixed Intercounty C Team – Night Time

Thanks to the great play last year our C team returns to try and win the division this year! The League runs from mid-May to late August 2025 on Thursday Evenings.

If you're interested in playing in the Mixed C Intercounty division, we invite both men and women to participate in tryouts. Tryouts will be held in mid-April, so don’t miss your chance to be part of the action!

Mixed Intercounty B Team – Night Time

This is a new team for the MTC. As a step up from the C team, the Mixed B division features a higher level of play, so come prepared to bring your best! If you’re up for the challenge, we invite both men and women to participate in tryouts.

The league runs from mid-May to late August 2025 on Tuesday Evenings. Tryouts will be held in mid-April, so don’t miss your chance to be part of the action!

Plans are underway for the upcoming season, running from mid-May to late August 2025 on Tuesday mornings. We’re excited to have this Team at the MTC this year.

If you're 55 or older, we invite both men and women to participate in tryouts to see if you can “Make the Team”. Tryouts will be held in mid-April, so don’t miss your chance to be part of the action!
