Rain Policy

In the event of rain, an email notification will be sent 1 hour before the scheduled start time to inform you of any cancellations. Please note that the lesson is officially canceled only when the club sends an email; otherwise, all lessons proceed as scheduled.

Junior Programs 

​

For our learn-to-play and transition junior programs, each 4-session class will have one makeup class scheduled for rain. The makeup class will take place on the first Saturday and Sunday after the session concludes. 



Summer Tennis Camps and High-Performance Academy 

​

No makeup classes will be offered for Summer Tennis Camps or High-Performance Academies, as they will be held rain or shine. In case of rain, tactical and mental training will be provided inside the clubhouse, with HP coaches leading the session. This involves working with video footage, group discussions, and tactical and mental exercises, offering a valuable opportunity to learn the game from a different perspective—an established practice in leading academies worldwide. 



Adult Programs

Adult clinics will receive a credit on Court Reserve for the missed session due to rain, which can be used to book another session.
