RAIN POLICY
In the event of rain, we will send out an email notification 1 hour before the scheduled start time to inform you of any cancellations.
Please note that the lesson is officially canceled only when the club sends out an email! Otherwise, all lessons are still a go.
Summer Tennis Camps and High-Performance Clinics
No make-up classes will be offered for summer tennis camps or high-performance clinics since they will be held rain or shine.
In the event of rain, we will be providing tactical and mental training inside the clubhouse, with HP coaches leading the session. We will work with video footage, have group discussions, and do tactical and mental exercises. This provides a valuable and almost otherwise unattainable opportunity to learn the game from a different perspective. This is a very common practice in all leading academies all over the world.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our rainy-day policy. We aim to provide the best possible experience for our members while ensuring their safety and comfort in inclement weather conditions.
Please be aware that we will make every effort to reschedule missed classes*. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
