Welcome to the exciting world of Intermediate Live-Ball tennis! If you're new to the sport or still finding your footing, this format is a fantastic introduction to the game. It's essentially an extended version of doubles "King of the Court," where the action never stops, leaving you little time to overthink and keeping your focus squarely on hitting the ball.

Level Guide
Cardio (All Levels)
This program is suited for adult players of all levels who want to use tennis as an exercise, hit a lot of balls, and run. The level is not important as this is a basket feeding clinic.
Learn to play (Level 1)
This program is for adult players who are starting to play (up to 2.0 on Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide). You are still learning to rally and want to improve your basic tennis skills.
Intro to Game Play (Level 2)
This program is for adults who already can rally and want to continue improving their ability to play. You further improved your rallying skills and learned to play points (up to 3.0 on the Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide).
HP Adult (Level 3)
Our most advanced adult program. This is for players who are playing leagues and tournaments and are looking to improve their understanding of the game on a tactical level further (from 3.0 on Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide).
Mixed Doubles
Our most popular adult program! This matchplay round-robin is for players who can serve and return to start a point, and play doubles points (from 2.0 on Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide).
Tennis Strokes
This program is for beginner to intermediate players (up to 3.5 on the Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide). This program is basket fed, so the level is not so important. We focus on one element of a stroke and drill it. Every week is a new stroke.
Friday Serving
This program is for beginner to intermediate players. This program is serving only so the level is not so important. We focus on one element of a serve and train it. Every week is a new teaching point.
Intermediate Live Ball
This doubles point play practice is for players between 2.0 and 3.5 on the Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide. Accepted only if approved by a coach.
Advanced Live Ball
This doubles point play practice is for players between 3.5 and 5.0 on the Tennis Canada Self-Rating Guide. Accepted only if approved by a coach.
ADULT LADDER
The Adults Ladder is designed to provide a platform for players of all skill levels to engage in friendly matches, improve their game, and connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts within the club. Whether you are a seasoned player or just getting started, we welcome everyone to join the ladder and enjoy the benefits it offers.

Ladder Rules

Pro set scoring (first to 8 games, super tie break to 10 at 7-7).

Players are responsible for their own balls.

Matches can be played at any mutually agreed upon time/day during club hours (refer to the MTC website).

To challenge a player, e-mail and schedule a mutually convenient match time.

Players must challenge each other to reach the top of the ladder.

Players are able to challenge a maximum of 4 players above them.

Players cannot refuse a challenge from a player below them.

Match results are submitted to Kampbell by the winner via email (kamreid17@gmail.com).

All players are expected to maintain courteous and respectful behavior before, during, and after the matches. That includes good sense in calling the shots (in or out) and keeping score of the game.
And don't forget to play safe and have fun!
PLEASE NOTE THAT LADDER MATCHES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EXTRA COURT TIME. IF COURTS ARE BUSY, THE SCORE AT THE END OF THE MATCH IS THE RESULT YOU SEND IN.
